Nikah Services at Central Toronto Islamic Foundation provide couples with an opportunity to solemnize their Islamic marriage (Nikah) with an Ontario-licensed marriage officer, ensuring the ceremony is both Islamically valid and legally recognized in Ontario.
To arrange the service, couples must first obtain a civil marriage license from their city hall and bring a copy of the license on the day of the Nikah, then meet with the imam (Imam Mufty Abid Hasan) to schedule a date and handle any questions about the ceremony; the imam is available at the mosque after each prayer for consultation.
