The Islamic Foundation of Toronto’s Nikah Services provide Islamic marriage officiation through an Ontario-licensed marriage officer, enabling couples to complete the required legal paperwork and solemnize their marriage according to both Islamic and provincial requirements. To arrange a Nikah, couples must obtain a civil marriage licence, bring it to the mosque, and contact the masjid office to schedule the ceremony with the Imam or designated officer, who will guide them through the process and answer any questions.
This service helps ensure that the marriage is legally registered in Ontario while being conducted with proper Islamic protocol and support from the community.
