The Islamic Center of Charlotte provides Nikah and marriage registration services, with its Imams guiding couples through the Islamic marriage process. Couples complete an application with information for the groom, bride, and bride’s Wali or Wakeel, including agreed-upon marriage conditions and Mahr. Applicants can choose to hold the ceremony at the masjid or at another location and submit their preferred appointment times for confirmation. The center also offers both on-site and off-site marriage services. Located at 1700 Progress Lane in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Islamic Center of Charlotte was established in 1988 and serves as a spiritual, educational, and cultural hub. Its programs include daily prayers, Arabic and Quran classes, youth counseling, community outreach, education, and Islamic burial assistance.
