Details:
Marriage Services at the Islamic Center of Tucson (ICT) provide a structured process for couples who wish to complete their Islamic marriage ceremony. Couples are asked to contact ICT at least two weeks before the planned marriage date, attend a 90-minute session for explanations and questions, complete the required paperwork, and schedule the marriage appointment. The ceremony requires the bride and groom, two Muslim witnesses, and a Wali or representative for the Muslim bride. ICT provides the Islamic marriage ceremony and certificate free of charge. Couples can also coordinate decorations and Waleemah arrangements with the center’s Social Director. The page also reminds couples to obtain an Arizona marriage license as part of the legal marriage process. For more information
