Barkaat-ul-Quran Center provides Nikah services for Muslim couples seeking to enter into an Islamic marriage. All Nikahs and marriages are officiated by Imam Allama Mukhtar Shah Naeemi. Couples are asked to provide the required documents, contact the person in charge by phone or email, and schedule a meeting with the family to review the ceremony process and requirements. The family is then informed whether the Nikah has been approved and receives a form to complete. The center also has guidelines for Nikah gatherings, including modest attire, separate seating for men and women, no music or nasheed, and only prepacked sweets for guests. Barkaat-ul-Quran Center in Irving, Texas, also provides Quran and Hadith education, Summer School, Weekly Mehfil-e-Zikr, and funeral services.
