Masjid Al-Israa in Fridley, Minnesota, offers Nikah services for Muslim couples seeking to complete their Islamic marriage ceremony. Both the bride and groom must be present with valid identification, along with the bride’s Wali and two adult Muslim male witnesses, each with identification. A county marriage license or form is also required and can be completed during the ceremony for submission to the county for the official marriage certificate. The masjid charges a $200 processing fee for its Nikah services, payable by cash or credit card. Appointments must be arranged in advance by email or text, as Nikah is not offered as a walk-in service. Masjid Al-Israa serves the Fridley and wider Twin Cities Muslim community through religious, social, and educational activities.
