The center requires a valid marriage license issued by a city in the United States, two Muslim witnesses for the groom, a wali (guardian) for the bride, and an agreed-upon Mahr (marital gift) recorded on the marriage certificate. MCA provides a designated Islamic scholar to perform the Nikah, the required forms, a signed marriage certificate, and marriage registration.
