Gwinnett Islamic Circle (GIC), also known as Suwanee Masjid in Suwanee, Georgia, offers Islamic marriage (Nikah) services for Muslim couples seeking to solemnize their marriage according to Islamic teachings. Couples must obtain a valid marriage license from their local County Probate Court and submit it to the Imam before the ceremony. The masjid requires the bride’s Wali (guardian), the groom, and two qualified adult Muslim male witnesses to participate in the marriage contract. Couples must also agree on the Mahr (marital gift) and complete the masjid’s official Nikah agreement. Applicants are required to submit an online application and a signed physical copy of the agreement. The service fee is $300, and the ceremony is confirmed only after approval from the Imam.
