Masjidu Ahlis Sunnah provides comprehensive marriage services to support Muslims through the process of finding a spouse and completing an Islamic marriage. The center offers matrimonial assistance for those seeking a spouse, guidance for couples who already have an intended partner, Nikah ceremonies, marriage certificates, and Waleemah celebrations. The Nikah process includes the consent of the bride and groom, involvement of the bride’s Wali, agreement on Mahr, and two male witnesses. The center also offers marriage counseling, including individual and couples counseling, premarital counseling, conflict resolution and mediation, family counseling, and Islamic guidance. Counseling is available to both masjid members and the wider community in a confidential and supportive setting. Masjidu Ahlis Sunnah is located in East Orange, New Jersey.
