Their service includes transporting the deceased from any location to a funeral facility, guiding and facilitating the washing (ghusl) and shrouding (kafan), supplying the coffin and shroud, arranging cemetery booking and burial permits (including same-day burial when possible), filing paperwork for death certificates, assisting with government death benefit funds if applicable, and offering family counselling, all coordinated by trained staff and volunteers so families only need to complete one form and the centre will manage the process with personalized support.
