The mosque provides a comprehensive Funeral Transfer Service, licensed to assist Muslim families in London, Ontario and surrounding areas with all aspects of post-death care and burial logistics; this includes coordinating and handling arrangements with the family, preparing and filing death documentation and burial permits, taking the deceased from the place of death (e.g., hospital, home) to the mosque, transporting the body to the cemetery (such as Islamic Cemetery of London or others), performing washing (ghusl) and shrouding, providing a basic wooden casket or accommodating alternative choices, and offering imam support for funeral prayers and burial in accordance with Islamic rites, with additional facility options for family condolences such as reception halls.
