Details:

Counseling Services at Idris Mosque provide Islamic counseling for Muslim individuals and families through the religious office of the Islamic Center of Washington. Counseling is available by appointment, with requests generally scheduled as soon as possible and no later than one to two weeks after the request. Sessions are normally held at the mosque unless special arrangements are needed. The service is confidential and held in strict confidence, except where disclosure is legally required, such as cases involving child abuse or danger to oneself or others. Idris Mosque also provides emergency counseling for situations involving death or someone who is dying.
