The Islamic Center of Morrisville operates a Food Pantry to support families experiencing financial hardship, including refugees and other people in need. The pantry provides non-perishable food items such as rice, sugar, oil, flour, cereal, pasta, pasta or tomato sauce, and lentils. The service is open to the wider community regardless of race, gender, or religion. The Food Pantry is normally available on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and visitors can complete an application during operating hours. The program is supported through community donations of food and money. The center also uses Fidya and Kaffarah contributions to provide food for people in need.
