The Islamic Center of Irving provides social services focused on supporting individuals and families in the local Muslim community. Its Social Services Committee works with other Islamic centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to promote community unity and provide assistance during difficult times. Services include financial assistance for those in need, help with finding housing, guidance with food stamps and unemployment benefits, emergency relief, child protection cases, civil rights education, and marriage counseling through a certified Imam and counselor. The committee also supports fundraising activities and helps community members access financial aid and Sadaqah. These services are designed to address practical needs while strengthening community support and connections.
