Al-Islah Islamic Center provides charity and outreach initiatives focused on supporting people in need and strengthening the wider community. Its outreach efforts include charitable giving, volunteering, food and essential assistance for vulnerable individuals, educational support, humanitarian relief, and community service. The center also highlights the importance of supporting the poor, homeless, orphans, and widows, while encouraging social responsibility and cooperation across the community. Al-Islah’s broader services include daily prayers and Jummah, Quran and Islamic studies, youth and family programs, marriage and funeral services, and counseling and support services. Established in 2000 by members of the Bangladeshi-American community, Al-Islah Islamic Center is located in Hamtramck, Michigan, and welcomes Muslims from diverse backgrounds.
