The Islamic Center of the Triad (Masjid Al Quds) provides outreach services focused on sharing information about Islam and building positive relationships between Muslims and non-Muslims. Its Outreach Department organizes mosque tours, open houses, and speaker requests, giving visitors opportunities to learn about Islam, the mosque, and the local Muslim community. The center also emphasizes friendly relations and understanding between Muslims and people of other faiths, while encouraging community cooperation and educational activities. Established in 1982, the Islamic Center of the Triad is a nonprofit religious, educational, and humanitarian organization serving the Triad area of North Carolina. Its wider programs include Sunday School, youth activities, marriage services, funeral services, a food bank, refugee and immigration support, and welfare assistance.
