The Islamic Center of Irvine (ICOI) offers its Sacred Spouse Matrimonial Service to help Muslims find compatible marriage partners and build families based on Islamic values. The program uses a structured matchmaking process that begins with creating a user profile and completing an application. Applicants then go through a criminal background check, submit video introductions, and complete mandatory pre-marital counseling. After these steps, participants can choose from three carefully selected matched profiles. Sacred Spouse focuses on compatibility, shared values, trust, and meaningful connections that can lead to marriage. The program is part of ICOI’s wider community services, which include Quran education, AIM Academy, Community Assistance, counseling, New Muslim support, and young professional programs. ICOI was established in 2004 and serves the Muslim community in Irvine and Orange County, California.
