Masjid Ul Haqq provides matrimonial services to help Muslim couples prepare for and complete their Islamic marriage. The process begins with a required pre-marital session with the Imam, which must be completed before a Nikah date can be scheduled. After the session, the Imam provides a private link for the couple to select their official Nikkah date. The masjid requires mutual consent from both the bride and groom, the presence and consent of the bride’s Wali, two upright male Muslim witnesses, and an agreed-upon Mahr. Masjid Ul Haqq, located in Baltimore, Maryland, has served the community since 1954 and also offers religious education, volunteer opportunities, youth and women’s services, Zakat, Janazah, and social services.
