Details:

The San Francisco Muslim Community Center (SF-MCC) lists Islamic Will services to help Muslims plan for the distribution of their assets and communicate their wishes in accordance with Islamic principles. An Islamic will can help individuals document how their estate should be handled after their death, taking into account Islamic inheritance guidelines and applicable legal requirements. Muslims interested in preparing a will should contact SF-MCC to confirm whether the center provides direct assistance, referrals, or guidance on the process. It is also advisable to consult a qualified legal professional to ensure the will complies with local laws.
