The Islamic Society of Baltimore (ISB) offers its gymnasium and multipurpose hall for recreational activities, private events, and sporting events by reservation. Community members can submit a private event reservation request or apply to rent the hall for a private athletic event, with availability depending on existing programs and reservations. The facility can be scheduled online or through the ISB office. Users are expected to follow the gymnasium’s management policies, including Islamic dress and conduct guidelines, assigned time slots, and restrictions on smoking, alcohol, drugs, glass, and inappropriate behavior. The multipurpose hall is part of ISB’s wider community services, which also include counseling, Zakat assistance, funeral services, marriage services, Shahada support, special-needs accessibility, a community health clinic, and educational programs.
