The Muslim Society of Guelph’s Qur’an & Arabic Classes program offers a structured Quranic Foundations course designed to help students read and understand the Qur’an with correct Tajweed (pronunciation), basic comprehension, and memorization techniques. The curriculum introduces learners to the significance and structure of the Qur’an, builds fundamental Arabic reading skills, teaches Tajweed principles, covers selected Surahs and verses with meaning, and includes practical exercises to improve fluency and accuracy.

Classes are available for students age 6 and up, run two evenings per week, and require registration at the start of the school year, with fees payable at the beginning of the term and bursary support available if needed.
